Sounds like bonehead civic management
The thought of putting something in the way of hot new business activity in San Francisco sounds like either insanity or a crime. We have to find out what the city is gonna do - and who they're gonna do it to. If it's supposed to be small business or the public that takes the hit, that can't stand.
