Piled high with explanations as to why nature has it wrong, the writer's wisdom is that 17-year olds having sex is "a self-esteem battering similar to tossing Christians to the lions." This minder's mind is not giving us the answer; which can only come from dealing with those things that let 'normal' turn into horrendous - not waring against 'normal'.
I consider it my good fortune that nature gave me desire and wise adults gave me a condom.
