Yahoo Doubles Paid Maternity And Paternity Leave To Draw Talent, Not To Make Amends


I am surprised at how annoyed I still am at Mayer, and how much I almost completely disagree with her estimation of where work flexibility begins, where it is now - and where it should go. But most of all I am astonished at her misreading of the reality of work life in the new environment, and her failure to sense the repercussions that continue to flow from her precipitous rebuilding of fences before she understands why they were torn down in the first place.
