I totally agree with Arianna that the tea party activists are not a boon for dems, and in fact could be very powerful players next year. Once they find their cousins in the Independents and link up with their soul-mates in the crowds of disaffected, they may suddenly and dangerously begin to act as a swarm - and then all bets are off. This could all get really ugly.

I reply that Libertarians are ignorable because they don't want to participate in the first place and they're seldom helpful. A Libertarian won't tell you it's lunchtime - because that's your decision.
