Because they do not trust their own mothers, sisters, wife and daughters to do the right thing for their own families. They want as little regulation as possible for business, but bring on the big government when it come to making laws that impact women's most intimate issue.
Denmark has the lowest abortion rate in the world. They have abortion on demand. Sex education is accepted as vital to public health. There is universal health care and free access to birth control.
That's what it takes to abolish abortion.
Trust women."
