Yup. I think you're right, including your point about the silent services provided by "true believers" - like Commies from the 1950s, emerging from their "cells" without needing to be reminded; protecting their own and endlessly pushing the agenda.
These are not Hee Haw Loonies, they're just Goons - but the Breitbart / Black-bag spin creeps will try to keep that a secret.
