...we're not done yet. If Sere's intent was to cause harassment or other injury, then it's different. For example, your address is public record, but that doesn't mean I can use it to injure you - such as posting it on the men's room wall of a bordello, or in a notoriously seedy bar alongside a note saying you were a wealthy jewelry collector. Intent is a big deal - always.
