...or spend like the USA did in the forties - googals of bucks for war, building humongous debt. But it was for our survival, and we made it work and paid it off later. If some people think we should wad up into a little ball and hide from destiny, well, good luck with that. America has to bank on its resolve and courage; not fear mongers. Borrow, build, pay back - it's how families do it; it's how the USA has to do it.
