NFLX: Netflix Stock Plummets On Weak Outlooks, Downgrades

...yeah, that's my question too. Why isn't there a stockholde­rs revolt when it seems so abundantly clear that one guy has done all this damage - one guy! You don't blow something this badly; do it again, and still keep the reins.
