Rick Perry's Flat Tax Plan: New To Him?


Perry's plans are sophomoric nonsense. There is ample money - tons of it - sitting in corporate coffers all across the American corporate landscape, and enormous piles of it in the assets of the uber-wealt­hy. That's not the problem - the problem is that America is missing it's customers; who want to buy products. If we poured trillions into the pockets of ordinary Americans, they would buy those products and the conveyor belt would start up again and the money would flow - like water into ancient Rome - refreshing everything and washing stagnation down the drains - allowing a society to remember how to prosper. But nobody on the right even knows what I'm talking about, much less ever want to go there...
