You wanna know "Since when"? The benefits were awarded earlier this year, and now they're being stripped away - is that clear enough. Plus, the straight couple can get married and get the benefits; the same-sex couple cannot do that - ya' know why? Because the state laws were changed to make it impossible to have a same-sex marriage. If you say you can't see the trap; you're not being truthful..
