Maybe it was a spell check error, but since the real world is full of those who would be despicably amused by this 'error', these tone-deaf, insensitive comments from the publisher are deliberate idiocy:
"Why anyone would be offended, we don't know." ...and... '"If anyone is small-minded enough to complain about this silly mistake, we will happily replace the book for them.'"
Is this guy trying to be Australia's next "Murdoch the Great" or something? What was heck was he thinking?
