Obama's Goal: Tougher, Riskier Than Moon


Katrine1976 complains that Obama is using "political capital that could have been used for actual healthcare reform and a number of significant changes..."

For being the only president to get anywhere near actual healthcare reform - and actually getting the bare bones beginning at least on the table - he is an amazement. By forcing a weird agreement between auto makers and government, he seems to have saved the core of American auto manufacturing; without a commie takeover. And now he proposes a space program that makes more sense than anything before it - an actual practical goal of finding a solution to the earth-gets-destroyed scenario of an asteroid impact.

Maybe you should get over your fear of feeling good. This guy is a real deal...
