Fortunately he was a Republican hooligan, so he gets the 3 winks punishment. Ouch !!! And, as an added incentive for others to never reform, he will serve any other sentence given him in other trials concurrently. See, if you're a Rightie you don't have to rub against the great unwashed - ever!
