Bush's Tony Snow Explains

'Torture' For All of Them: "Q Does that not invite other countries to do the same, to have other interpretations of Article III?

MR. SNOW: What it allows every country to do is to have an interpretation."

Hey kids, grab your Arab pals and let's go waterboarding.

But Colin Powell, who as an official in Bush's administration let this country down too many times, says:

"The world is beginning to doubt the moral basis of our fight against terrorism."

Powell could have helped his country back onto the tracks, but didn't. And won't.

REPORTER TO BUSH: Sen. Graham is telling reporters on Capitol Hill that the White House had them in a meeting for five hours last night and tried to force them to sign a prepared statement and he said reading this JAG letter they ended up writing leaves total ambiguity on interpretation - this is Sen. Lindsey Graham speaking.
