Peggy Noonan Uses Fear Itself

Hey Peggy Noonan, ‘You Are Terrifying Us’: Noonan says, hoping to redirect truth, "People are not automatons. They show up only if they care."

Inciting to riot will get people to show up, and she full well knows it.

The right, and most assuredly the sick right, is fomenting panic and emotional chaos - and Noonan is inhaling the fascist gas without discrimination, unwilling to name the Glenns or the Rushes - much better to create fear itself.

Noonan is a faithful keeper of the flame; a mole buried within the lighter edge - fully sprung and ready to incite with brilliant imagery of a western race in thrall or pushed to extremis.

As someone should have said, "She will cause the drapery to spontaneously immolate just to attract the attention of the rugged manliness of first responders raging to rescue the fair world of America. She's an accelerant for adolescent Wagnerian wetdreams."
