BP Criminal Charges? U.S. Weighs Charges In Oil Spill For Safety Violations, Cleanup Claims


For me, the obvious prevails - the U.S. regulatory process is the only avenue for the government with this industry; and in this crises. If it were a stranded submarine, the military would probably have the better resources, but this is oil stuff, and the oil industry has the gear and the expertise. Supervision of the deployment of these assets would be the best government role.



Fun Fact ! - We've still got Cheney in reserve - working the phones, researching how to get us out of this crises, and standing up for his industry, his pals, and his career-long treachery. I'm swooning already...
