Steve Jobs Promises 'Freedom From Porn' In Fiery Email Exchange


I don't know for certain what he's thinking, duh!, but what I get out of what he's saying is that he wants to offer a lifestyle for those searching for that lifestyle. And it seems fairly easy to see what he's aiming for - a world with no porn is a very good place to start, a world where an app doesn't plant a bot, or sneak in under false cover, or hog your resources, or (your dream goes here), etc. I think that this is a great plan for a product, or for the paradigm beneath a whole bunch of products. The carping is interesting but ultimately benign. As many have mentioned, it's his product and he can do what he wants. I agree completely, as I also believe that he wants to do some incredible things, and that he's the paramount, amazing presence in American business today.
