Expect more of this mayhem. The thing to watch however is the end game - how the supremes sort it out. They're already wallowing in a GOP dixie mist, and if they allow states to effectively nullify every federal move by planting counter-action in state law, then we will know that a majority now spend all their time tending to some failed idea of a state-centric confederacy.
