The most sobering reality for MS is the inside of an Apple Store. That horde is the cream of the perfect demographic - they are the people who rule the marketplace. Getting into their pants is job one for Microsoft, and they're gonna try again - but soon the third-date rule will kick in, and if they're not in the sack by then, return the tuxedo and go home.
