...well said, and since I'm part of that old guard, I can confirm it. But don't be fooled - failure from inaction is a fact of nature; not the fault of that old guard. If you're one of the 'cheated', you need to break away. Go find out how the 'old guard' did it in the mid-sixties, and just grab your place. I, for one, don't mind at all...
