In today's semi-United States, to say one is 'highly educated' needs some clarification; and maybe the question should really be 'where' were they educated, 'how' were they educated, and who wrote their textbooks. The ancient Roman aristocrats were highly educated, but they never even heard of pizza and had no idea how to make an old Fiat idle correctly (- well, modern Romans can't either)... so I'm just sayin'... education ain't all it's cracked up to be.
