Ok, let me get this straight: to avoid taxes, just don't spend your money. ?? The middle-class and below have little or no money left at the end of the month because they must spend it all to support their lives. The wealthy do not spend all their money by the end of the month - usually not by a long-shot. As a result, the wealthy would only pay tax on a portion of their income, while the rest of us would pay tax on nearly ALL our income. If the GOP launches that missile, they will change America as nothing ever has before, and money will be the only ticket to the only show in town - and the middle-class will be the chumps on the sideline.
