'Stupid' doesn't fully cover it - each of these horrific women on the fringe sound as if they've been given a warm kool-aid injection by a carnival worker. They are haunting our political universe because too many of us aren't heeding that inner voice telling us to pull their drapes, turn away, and don't look back.
