Wow, they are using some pretty low-quality meat to staff their squads, this guy being the winner of the "Highest of the Low" award. Unless they back out of this farce, the world will assume that to be an island cop, you just need to be some guy with a gun and an IQ that matches your shoe size.
Hawaiian citizens better fire this lout, or give us his GPS numbers - we all need to find a detour around this "public servant."
