I appreciate your direction to other information, but I am already fully conscious on the issues that Prince is all exercised about. I understand his viewpoint quite well, but having been a composer and producer of music myself for a few decades, I was never confused on the issue of creation and where it really all comes from.
The nearly sainted Chief Joseph would have known that Prince cannot own the wind, nor the sound that floats on it. I believe the wisdom of the Chief, and not the whinings of a Prince Gimme More.
