This cop doesn't own what your eyes see, no matter what bubbles up in his mind. But don't trust that things will stay static - there's a lawyer out there right now, finding the right language to prove that someone owns the sunset as viewed from their own property, or some such nonsense, and that we all owe him a kiss and 50 thousand dollars. And this argument will come from people who insist that they know truth, but don't even know where their own spleen is located, yet think they can copyright anything in existence - including what you see.
