Wow. Gives me goosebumps to hear this guy - whose stands I've often railed against - illuminate such a wonderful understanding of our constitution. The way he puts it, the very document itself has the power of a super-hero - protecting our lives with a living code worth following and fighting for with everything we've got. I'm as far from Fox as one can get, but Wallace was right - how did this guy ever lose a case.
