Joe Lieberman, Tom Coburn Plan To Slash Medicare Gets Cold Reception

Any bill you hear about that doesn't include "allowing Medicare to negotiate drug prices and using generics" is just another criminal proposal by coin-operated politicians trying to raise campaign millions in order to further the cause of their wealthy benefactors, and continue the current, relentless economic attack on working, middle-class Americans.

According to information developed by congressional action, "Canada, France, Italy, Germany, Japan, and the United Kingdom all negotiate on behalf of their citizens to obtain lower prices for brand name drugs."

If Republicans in congress are gonna continue to make chumps out of Americans by allowing drug companies to charge top dollar for their medications, then the middle-class has lost control of government and will be gouged by the rich all through life - it's called strip-mining, but the fanatical GOP drapes a flag over it and calls it "American exceptionalism."
