North Carolina GOP Overrides Veto, Axes Planned Parenthood Funding

Hopefully the right will pay dearly for this travesty - it's not inevitable­, but millions of people will pray for it, and millions will vote for their defeat. Women are not slaves to the opinions of others and the rest of us must protect them from those who think otherwise.



But there's no way around it - it's a sad day for reason and enlightenm­ent.
