USDA Food Pyramid Out: Is The New Food Plate Better?


Yes, I completely agree. One of the things we've learned through the last decade or so is that good fats are very valuable - they're tasty, they can slow down carb digestion, and they give your body good material to use in rebuilding your cells; all through life. And taking it from grains is where we can most easily take the hit.



Dip that bread in olive oil and you might live forever!
